Charged with a criminal offence? You don't have to face it alone.
Your consultation is with Talia Tringali directly. Careful preparation and steady representation, when it matters most.
Three practice areas.
Tringali Lawyers practises across criminal law, intervention orders and regulatory matters, bringing the same careful preparation to each.
A Melbourne practice built on fewer matters, more attention.
Talia Tringali began her legal career at a community legal centre, where she spent four years advocating for vulnerable clients before moving into private practice. That experience shaped the firm she founded: one that takes on a limited number of matters at a time and prepares each file carefully.
Tringali Lawyers is deliberately small. That means clients receive plain-English advice at every stage, realistic assessments of where a matter is likely to go, and a lawyer who knows their file thoroughly before each court date. Talia holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Criminology from Deakin University, and completed postgraduate study at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law. She was admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2018 and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.

“Fewer matters, more attention. When you call, you speak with me.”
Three steps from charge to outcome.
- 01
Initial conversation
You tell us what you have been charged with and where the matter stands; we tell you what the process looks like and whether the firm is the right fit.
- 02
Strategy and costs agreement
We review the prosecution brief, advise on the realistic range of outcomes, and provide a written costs agreement before any further work begins.
- 03
Representation through to outcome
We appear for you at each court date, keep you informed between hearings, and carry the matter through to sentence, acquittal, or agreed resolution.
“I highly recommend Talia for legal representation. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive throughout my case. Her communication was clear and timely, and she ensured I understood every step of the process. I'm very grateful for her support.”
